Authors
Authors can request an invitation letter in the registration portal for visa purposes. The letters will only be issued to those who have completed registration and payment.
Non authors
Visa letters for non-authors will only be issued to registered participants who have paid in full their registration fee. Participants needing a visa to enter the United States are responsible for obtaining appropriate visas for the conference.
The University of Michigan has provided some information regarding visas, linked here, for participants to review. Note this information is subject to change and is not necessarily comprehensive. Attendees are encouraged to do additional research via the US Department of State website.
Refunds
Refunds for cancellations due to non-issuance of visa will not be granted unless a proof of prompt request for an appointment at a US Embassy/Consulate is provided.
