The North Quadrangle residence hall is located one block northwest of the Diag on the UM campus, and is right next to Ingalls Mall, which contains Hill Auditorium, Rackham Building, and the Michigan League. North Quad is the University of Michigan’s first new residence hall built since 1967. North Quad opened in fall of 2010, with a combination of residence hall rooms and academic classroom space. There are single rooms available. A Single includes a twin bed with a linen packet with hallway access semi-private (shared) bath facilities and are fully air-conditioned.
North Quad is located on the corner of S. State St., Huron St. and E. Washington St. There are entrances to North Quad on both S. State and E. Washington St. and there are directions to help you get to the residential tower and Community Center.
